Admin Executive
What you’ll be doing:
Manage daily office operations, administrative task and maintain organized company records and documentation.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries while preparing reports, presentations, quotations, and correspondence as required.
Support sales operations by preparing quotation and agreements, processing sales orders, maintaining proper documentation for invoices and contracts, and coordinating delivery or service fulfillment.
Follow up with clients on quotations, payments, and after-sales service.
Assist the sales team in generating leads, identifying business opportunities and supporting marketing campaigns promotions, or events, while working towards achieving assigned monthly sales targets.
What we’re looking for:
1-3 years of relevant experience in a sales or administrative role, preferably within the client and sales administration industry.
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and priorities effectively.
Excellent communication and time management skills with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, and AutoCount.
A proactive and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
What you’ll get:
Salary range from RM 1,800.00 – RM 2,200.00
Government statutory contribution including KWSP (EPF) and PERKESO (SOCSO & EIS)

Graphic Designer cum Marketing Executive
What you’ll be doing:
Conceptualise and design a variety of print and digital marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, social media graphics.
Develop and execute cohesive visual campaigns that align with the company’s brand identity
Manage and maintain the company’s design assets, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints
Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and techniques, and continuously explore new ways to enhance the visual appeal of the company’s marketing materials
Provide support and guidance to other team members on design-related tasks and projects
What we’re looking for:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in a graphic design role, preferably within the design industry
Proficiency in design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or any other related software
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines
What you’ll get:
Salary range from RM 2,000.00 – RM 3,000.00
