Payment Policies
Deposit & Balance
(Custom Made Furniture)
An initial deposit of 60% is required upon order confirmation. A further 20% will be collected at the time of site delivery and installation, and the remaining 20% is payable upon completion of the project.
Deposit & Balance
(Loose Furniture)
For loose furniture orders, full payment of 100% is required upon confirmation. This ensures your order is secured, allows us to begin processing immediately, and guarantees timely delivery to your location.

No, we currently do not accept credit or debit card payments. We accept cash, cheque, and bank transfer as payment methods.

Once your order has been submitted to the factory for processing, we are unable to cancel or issue a refund. Please review your order carefully before confirming payment.
